Who can see my trips?
Trip details are available only to accepted friends. Your profile can help someone you know find you, but your upcoming destinations and dates are not public.
Do tentative trips create overlaps?
Tentative trips stay in your journal while your plans are uncertain. Crossing Paths checks confirmed trips for overlaps.
What counts as an overlap?
An overlap happens when your confirmed trip and a confirmed trip shared by a friend include the same city on at least one of the same dates.
Does Crossing Paths use live location?
No. It compares only the destinations and dates that people intentionally add. It does not use live or background location tracking.
